Ricardo Henriques

He served as secretary at the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Social Development, where he coordinated the design and initial implementation of the Bolsa Família program. He was a researcher at IPEA, a special advisor to the BNDES, and secretary of Social Assistance and Human Rights for the State of Rio de Janeiro. His career has been marked by his work on public policies focused on education, equity, reducing inequalities, and social development.
