Rogerio Garcia Fernandez

A social scientist with a bachelor’s degree from UNICAMP, a master’s degree in Applied Engineering in Education from the University of Poitiers, France, and a Ph.D. from the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. He is a professor at the SESI School of Education.
