Ruth Arce

Coordinator of teacher training programs and undergraduate and graduate courses at Diego Portales University. Consultant in school management and director of international teacher training programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in History, Geography, and Education, as well as a master’s degree in Education and training from Harvard. She is a professor with extensive experience in K-12 and higher education.
